Moulton Builders Inc

Moulton Builders Inc. is a residential building company in the Bucks-Montgomery county area dedicated to quality and integrity. President Jim Moulton founded the company in 1985 after graduating from Syracuse University and having several years of hands-on construction experience. Moulton Builders Inc. has developed or built almost a thousand residential units in a variety of local communities.

Moulton Builders Inc. strives to make purchasing a new construction home as simple as possible for its homebuyers so they can focus on the excitement of customizing a home with their personal signature. Their extensive experience includes designing and building beautiful residential space from semi-custom estates to twins, townhouses, multi-family, single family, and 55+ age restricted homes.

In recent years Moulton Builders Inc. has looked to the future by revitalizing under-utilized industrial and commercial sites. With a little imagination and a lot of work, these sites can realize a new potential. These sites are often located in excellent downtown locations and offer an opportunity for transit oriented development. By redeveloping these sites, existing infrastructure is utilized without consuming open space. It is the opposite of sprawl, and Moulton Builders Inc. is proud to build these green homes with rich history and character.

With an office located in a converted historic church in Lansdale, the company is thrilled to once again renovate a structure in Lansdale and contribute to the local community by repurposing the Dexdale-Turbo building into the Turbo Lofts Condominiums. Preserving history while advancing into the future, Moulton Builders Inc. is building dream homes, inspiring smart living, and growing unique neighborhoods.
